Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Application Fees:

   • All application fees are non-refundable.

2. Professional Representation:

   • I agree to represent the Miss Arab Pageant Committee with professionalism and integrity at all times.

3. Media Release and Usage:

   • I hereby authorize the Miss Arab Pageant to use any photos or videos of me uploaded to my online pageant profile or taken during my participation in the pageant, for any purpose, including commercial use. All photos and videos are considered the property of the Miss Arab Pageant. I waive any right to withdraw this authorization or seek future compensation for their use. This release is valid indefinitely and without geographic limitation.

4. Pageant Timeline and Due Dates:

   • I understand that failure to adhere to the pageant timeline and deadlines will result in forfeiture of my participation in the Miss Arab Pageant.

5. Appearance and Conduct:

   • I agree to dress appropriately and maintain a polished appearance when participating in community events. This includes being properly groomed, with makeup, attire, hair, and nails reflecting a professional image.

6. Punctuality:

   • I will arrive on time for all pageant-related activities and appearances. I understand that tardiness is unacceptable and will make the necessary arrangements to be punctual. I will arrive refreshed and conduct myself with the dignity and poise expected of a Miss Arab representative.

7. Social Media Guidelines:

   • If I have social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), I understand that inappropriate photos or language must be removed to maintain the pageant’s integrity. I agree to make my social media profiles accessible to the director for review, which may include connecting as “friends” or “followers” on these platforms.

8. Reporting Conflicts:

   • I will promptly inform the director or pageant staff of any conflicts or issues that may impact my participation in the Miss Arab Pageant.

9. Confidentiality and Integrity:

   • I will maintain confidentiality with the director and pageant staff, and I will not engage in any actions or communication that may harm the reputation or integrity of the Miss Arab Pageant, its staff, or participants.

10. Commitment as Titleholder:

    • If selected as Miss Arab, I agree to serve in this capacity until my successor is appointed or crowned.

11. Mandatory Appearances:

    • I understand that attendance at all required pageant events and appearances is mandatory. Missing any event may result in my disqualification.

12. Calendar Management:

    • I will clear my calendar of any potential conflicts to ensure my availability for all pageant-related activities and events.

13. Updates to Terms & Conditions:

    • I understand and agree that these terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
